Day 1: Ground & Arrive

Today we begin by pausing the outside world and tuning inward. This practice is about landing in your body, steadying your breath, and finding a sense of presence you can carry into the rest of your day.

Your Day 1 practice is designed to:

🌿 Release tension from your spine and neck
🌿 Steady your mind with breath and mantra

Day 2: Clear What's Heavy


Day 2 is about lightening the load — letting go of tension, mental clutter, and the energy you don’t need to carry anymore.

Over these 20 minutes together, we’ll move stagnant energy, wake up the body, and clear the mind. You’ll notice today’s practice is more energizing — proof that yoga and meditation aren’t always still and quiet. Sometimes they help us shake things up so we can truly let go.

Day 3: Open Your Heart


Ready to open up — and remember the truest version of yourself?

This practice is about softening the edges, expanding your heart space, and reconnecting with the part of you that’s always been here. It’s not about starting over — it’s about coming back to what you already know deep down.

In today’s ~20-minute practice, we’ll:
💖 Move through heart-opening postures and gentle backbends
💖 Invite space and ease into the spine and chest
💖 Practice Sat Kartaar — a meditation for compassion toward yourself and others
