Morning Mojo Mix is our signature 20-minute bodyweight workout — a feel-good session you’ll repeat each day for a week. A new one drops every Monday to help you build a simple, sustainable movement habit.

Filmed mostly from our Florida patio (or wherever we are), each session is led by Eva, with her husband Totte joining for the moves, the laughs, and the occasional dad joke.

We created this to inspire daily movement — not for performance, but for life. And honestly? There’s a selfish part too: we want to grow older feeling strong, mobile, and free to do the things we love for as long as possible.
Totte’s goal? Stay limber enough to tie his shoes. Eva’s? Keep moving with joy — and keep cheering him on.
