Every coaching relationship begins with a free 30-minute Discovery Call.
From there, you can choose between a 4-, 8-, or 12-week journey tailored to your goals.
Each coaching program includes:
- 💬 One-on-one weekly video sessions (45 minutes)
- ✍️ A personalized Habit Action Plan that fits your lifestyle
- 🧘 Movement and mindfulness guidance, when you want it
- 🧾 A cozy, simple habit tracker to help you stay accountable
- 📣 Ongoing support via check-ins and optional messaging

Eva
Eva has spent her whole adult life working with people — listening, guiding, and helping them grow. With a background in HR, yoga, and personal training, she brings a practical, down-to-earth approach to wellness. Her passion? Helping people take care of themselves in ways that last. She believes in strong, capable bodies that can carry you into a full, joyful life — especially as you age. That kind of ability doesn’t come for free, and you can’t buy it either. You build it, bit by bit, and she’s here to help you do just that.
Axel
Axel knows what it means to have a full plate. He’s running two businesses, working a day job, making music, and still showing up for the people—and practices—that keep him grounded. His coaching style is real and relaxed, rooted in experience and curiosity. With a background in yoga, running, and habit-building, he helps clients create routines that fit into real life—not the other way around. He’s here to help you find your rhythm, without pressure or perfection.
