Welcome to your Yoga & Meditation space at Omsa — a place to reconnect, recharge, and realign with yourself. Our practice is rooted in the transformative tradition of Kundalini Yoga, where movement, breath, and sound come together to build awareness from the inside out.

At launch, we’re excited to offer the first half of our “Introduction to Kundalini Yoga” course — a foundational 10-chapter journey, with 5 chapters available now, each including a teaching video and a practice video featuring a Kriya and a Meditation. The remaining chapters will be released this fall, inviting you to continue deepening your practice over time.

You’ll also find a small but growing library of Kriyas (Yoga Sets) and Meditations, with new practices added regularly to support your daily rhythm — whether you’re looking to energize, calm, focus, or reset.

For those who want to dive deeper off the mat, our e-books offer simple, inspiring reads to accompany your practice and expand your understanding. Private sessions are on the horizon too — stay tuned for personalized one-on-one support coming soon.
