AUGUST CHALLENGE: 33 STRONG 🏋

Axel’s turning 33 this August — and instead of candles, we’re counting reps.

Welcome to 33 Strong: a simple, powerful daily challenge to build strength, confidence, and consistency with just your body and a bit of floor space.

Here’s the plan:

Every day in August, do:

🔸 11 squats
🔸 11 push-ups
🔸 11 X-Supermans
(That’s one round — and yes, everything can be modified.)

Want to keep it light? Do one round a day.
Want to turn up the heat? Go for two or three rounds daily for a full 33 reps of each move.

No equipment. No timer. No stress.
Just a playful push to move your body, build real strength, and stay capable — not just now, but for the long run.
