This is Omsa’s free Wake Up Sequence for July — a gentle 3-minute morning flow designed to wake up your body, center your breath, and ease you into the day with intention.
As soon as you've woken up (yes, you're starting in bed), take three long deep breaths and follow with light stretches. Then roll out of bed and move through a short, energizing flow to bring warmth into your joints, space into your chest, and softness into your shoulders. It all ends with a sip of water — a reminder to hydrate before the coffee.
