It’s the part of you that helps you feel steady in your life — in your body, in your environment, and in the simple feeling of being okay where you are.

This doesn’t mean life has to be perfect, but there’s a quiet sense of support underneath it all.

When this area feels balanced

You may notice that you:

  • Feel more grounded in your body
  • Trust life a little more
  • Can handle everyday challenges without feeling overwhelmed
  • Experience a sense of calm and stability

There’s a feeling of: “I’m okay. I can stand here.”

When this area feels out of balance

This can show up in different ways.

For some, it feels like:

  • Restlessness or anxiety
  • Worry about the future
  • Difficulty relaxing
  • Feeling on edge without a clear reason

For others, it may feel like:

  • Disconnection from the body
  • Low energy or heaviness
  • Avoidance or shutting down

A gentle note

Sometimes life just feels a bit shaky — even if nothing is “wrong” on paper.

And when that happens, your system might simply be asking for a little more grounding and support.
