It’s the part of you that helps you feel steady in your life — in your body, in your environment, and in the simple feeling of being okay where you are.
This doesn’t mean life has to be perfect, but there’s a quiet sense of support underneath it all.
When this area feels balanced
You may notice that you:
- Feel more grounded in your body
- Trust life a little more
- Can handle everyday challenges without feeling overwhelmed
- Experience a sense of calm and stability
There’s a feeling of: “I’m okay. I can stand here.”
When this area feels out of balance
This can show up in different ways.
For some, it feels like:
- Restlessness or anxiety
- Worry about the future
- Difficulty relaxing
- Feeling on edge without a clear reason
For others, it may feel like:
- Disconnection from the body
- Low energy or heaviness
- Avoidance or shutting down
A gentle note
Sometimes life just feels a bit shaky — even if nothing is “wrong” on paper.
And when that happens, your system might simply be asking for a little more grounding and support.
