The Aura (8th) Chakra
Presence · Boundaries · Your Energy

🤍 The Aura is often described as your energetic field — the space around you that reflects how you feel, move, and meet the world.
In a simple way, you can think of it as your presence.
How you walk into a room. How you feel in yourself. How much of what’s around you affects you. How you affect your surroundings.
When this area feels balanced
You may notice that you:
- Feel more steady and centered in yourself
- Have a natural sense of presence
- Can be around others without feeling drained
- Hold boundaries without needing to force them
There’s a feeling of: “I feel like myself, wherever I am.”
When this area feels out of balance
This can show up in different ways.
For some, it feels like:
- Feeling easily affected by other people’s moods or energy
- Becoming overwhelmed in certain environments
- Difficulty separating what’s yours from what’s not
- Feeling drained after being around others
For others, it may feel like:
- Low energy or lack of vitality
- Pulling back or wanting to hide
- Difficulty showing up fully
- A sense of being “small” or not fully there
A gentle note
Feeling like everything around you affects you… more than you’d like.
Or the opposite — like you’re not quite showing up as yourself.
This isn’t about becoming stronger or shutting things out — but about gently reconnecting to your own space.
Your practice
If any of this resonates with you, let’s keep it simple.
