The Whole Chakra System
Balance · Integration · Wholeness

🔴🟠🟡🟢🩵🔵🟣🤍 Throughout this series, you’ve explored different parts of yourself.
- Your sense of safety - Root Chakra
- Your ability to feel - Sacral Chakra
- Your confidence - Navel Chakra
- Your connection - Heart Chakra
- Your voice - Throat Chakra
- Your clarity - Third Eye
- Your sense of meaning - Crown Chakra
- Your presence - Aura
Each one matters on its own, but they are never separate.
They move together — constantly influencing one another, shaping how you feel, think, and move through your life.
When your system feels balanced
You may notice that you:
- Feel more like yourself, across different areas of life
- Move between effort and ease more naturally
- Feel both grounded and open
- Can respond to life without feeling pulled too far in one direction
There’s a feeling of: “I’m here. I feel like myself.”
When your system feels out of balance
This doesn’t always show up in one clear way.
Sometimes it feels like:
- A general sense of being off, without knowing exactly why
- Feeling pulled in different directions
- Being steady in one area, but challenged in another
- Moments of clarity followed by moments of confusion
Or simply:
- Not quite feeling like yourself
A gentle note
You don’t have to figure out exactly which part needs attention.
And you don’t need to get everything “balanced” all at once.
Sometimes, it’s enough to move, breathe, and reconnect as a whole — and let your system respond in its own way.
Your practice
If you feel drawn to it, this is a full practice to support your entire Chakra System.
A space to move through your body, your breath, and your awareness — without needing to focus on just one area. This practice is also found in Omsa's Introduction to Kundalini Yoga Course (chapter 5).
Let it be simple. Let it be enough. Wherever you are — that’s a good place to begin 🔴🟠🟡🟢🩵🔵🟣🤍
